Fancy Flapper is a bucket style, paper straw hat with a large purple and red satin ruffled flower on the side, three clipped, red, quill feathers and a red wide satin band. Wear it with the brim down, the brim up or one side curved up and one side down. Inside dimension is 22 1/2 inches. Handcrafted in the USA by Christy Creations.
