Red Hat Pie Bird
Remember pie birds? They were a standard fixture in every pie bakers' kitchen. Placed in the pie before baking, it let out the steam. Each one is hand crafted by Sharon's Pie Birds in Michigan for My Red Hat Store. Each pie bird dons a red hat with a purple dress and red shawl. Since they are hand crafted, color may vary slightly. Comes with instructions for use.
