This exquisite red hat is veritably vintage. Large 16 inch diameter brim with an inside circumference of 22 1/2 inches is covered in red gathered lace. The puffy crown is red satin with a gathering of red chandelle feathers on one side. Gorgeous satin roses with small satin flowers with crystal centers decorate the front. Purple floss ostrich plumes radiate from the roses in the front. Handcrafted in the USA by Christy Creations.
