Most Christy Creation Hats are made at order time and may take 4 or more days to ship and are shipped in individual boxes. Shipping and a $3.00 handling charge on all orders covers the services and convenience of ordering and receiving home delivery and include expenses incurred with processing your order by customer service, processing, packaging and shipping by our distribution department and all other support functions that may be associated with these conveniences. Express, Priority, First Class and Parcel Post refers to the shipping method after it is picked up from our warehouse by USPS.
